ART AND CRAFT tracks down prolific art forger Mark Landis, who has donated his forged paintings to countless museums across the U.S. for over thirty years. When Matthew Leininger, a tenacious museum registrar, discovers the decades-long ruse, he sets out to expose Landis’ philanthropic escapades to the art world.

Ultimately, Landis must confront his own legacy and a chorus of museum professionals clamoring for him to stop.
